Clear Space Support Plan
The Clear Space Support Plan is designed for clients who have completed an organising or decluttering project with Clear Space. These clients feel that they need either motivation and assistance to complete the project, or simply support and accountability so that they maintain their newly organised space.
Any clients that have completed at least 3 hours of hands-on organising in a particular area of their home or office, and where the session has made a significant difference in the organisation of the space (ie, we finished the job at least 75%), may be able eligible for a Support Plan for that area.
The plan includes:
- Action plan with timeline and deadlines. The action plan is delivered shortly after the commencement of the maintenance plan for an overall view and vision of goals and milestones
- 6 regular weekly or fortnightly phone calls of up to 30 minutes duration each
- Homework tasks set after each phone call (as per action plan)
- 1 x 1-hour visit after 4-6 weeks to reassess and discuss issues
- Unlimited email support
- Access to special rates for regular visits to reassess and re-evaluate the project area. Rates are $130 for a 2-hour session, $190 for a 3-hour session, and $240 for a 4-hour session. These prices apply to the original project area only. New projects will be charged at the current client rate at the time of booking.
So that clients get the maximum benefit from the plan, we’re excluding:
- Any work on or discussion about other areas of the home or office
Excluding the special discounted rates, the plan will be in place for up to 12 weeks.
The special discounted rates will be fixed for clients for 2 years, and if we need to raise them after that to bring them in line with the new discounted rates, we’ll provide plenty of notice. Clients will always have access to a discounted rate for support in the particular area of the home that the Support Plan applies to.
